Owned and operated for more than 30 years by the McMahon family, this Sydney restaurant has built a reputation for its effortless luxury and uniquely Australian approach to dining. With sweeping views of the harbour, this is a destination synonymous with chic coastal style where every table has a stunning view; settle in with an entrée of pan-seared scallops, spanner crab mousse, miso Hollandaise, potato crisp, sesame and cucumber salad. For the main, delve into rock lobster risotto with cuttlefish, cherry tomato, soffritto, bottarga crumb and chilli oil; or roasted suckling pig, plum salad, sultana and wholegrain mustard jus, finish with a bittersweet chocolate ganache cigar and chocolate sorbet.

Your waitstaff are superb We have always loved the way we are treated in your restaurant – it is consistently good. We have always loved the food – consistently terrific. We love the way that no request – no matter how weird are met with a cheery response and effortlessly accommodated. We have always just loved Catalina.
