About Croquembouche Patisserie
If you wonder why people travel great distances to come to Croquembouche Patisserie just walk in the door and you'll know. You will be amazed by the temptations that Laurence and Frederic have created.
This dynamic business opened in 2000. Their products are a combination of traditional and modern French cuisine. Specialities include cakes and petits fours. The products are baked daily on the premises.
Cakes may be customised for all occasions. If you have a favourite picture, this can be reproduced onto a sugar plaque and placed onto the cake. Why not order the famous croquembouche for that special celebration? For chocolate
lovers there is the truffle, dark chocolate mousse with roasted hazelnuts!
Are you having a party or an office function? A selection of bite size savoury and sweet petits fours will make the entertaining easy.
Come and enjoy a savoury crepe or a traditional baguette for breakfast or lunch. No time to cook dinner, call in and take home a smoked salmon and spinach quiche or a zucchini and goat cheese tart. For dessert be tempted by the Tarte Tropezienne (layers of brioche with mousseline cream and Grand Marnier) or the homemade biscuits and chocolate.
Keep an eye out for the special products that become available at Easter, Christmas and Bastille Day.
For those of you who can't make it out to Banksmeadow, there is now a second outlet on Belmore Road at Randwick. Both patisseries have a large range of products available including French imports such as foie gras, jam, pate and
fish soup.
Laurence and Frederic will be more than happy to provide you with details for that special request.
