About Glass Brasserie

The opening of Glass Brasserie sees the welcome return of Star Chef Luke Mangan (formally of Salt Restaurant). The 240 seat restaurant is decorated in warm earthy colours with soft lighting & features a floor to ceiling glass wall which frames a captivating view of the Queen Victoria Building. The cuisine, as expected is clean and elegant, while maintains a definitive French influence.
