This place is quintessentially Sydney (without the attitude).
The owners have done a brilliant job, the Sydney food scene is far better off thanks to their effort.
If there were an experience I could replicate everyday it would be afternoon lunch at The Boat House.
Try the seafood antipasto.

I love this place. It is expensive (hey, it is Palm beach after all) but I really look forward to it for a special treat. It gets extremely crowded at luchtime on a weekend, so go early for breakfast, or for a late lunch. Then walk off your breakfast or lunch with with a hike up to the lighthouse.
