Upon arriving we were ushered to a table in the middle of the restaurant, we were given menus and the waiter introduced himself in very poor English. After finally waving our waiter down he took our drink order a mid priced bottle of red wine and it was poured but then he actually put the lid back on and that was the last time he touched it, he or anyone else didn't top up the wine or water once so we poured the wine ourselves all night. We ordered a starter to share and within 2 minutes it arrived at our table which was certainly quick! As soon as we finished our entree the waiter picked up our plates and asked if we would like our pizza soon we said "no rush happy for a little break" however it was placed on the table within seconds! We certainly felt like we were being rushed. Apart from putting our food on the table we didn't see our waiter once nor did he ask how our food was. Disappointing service, our food was ok our pizza a little soggy and way over salted. I had higher expectations of this new manly establishment however there are much nicer places to go and for the same price if not cheaper the service is 100 x better. I will not be going back in a hurry!
Dissapointing service from staff was the biggest let down of my experience. One of the friends I dined with ordered a coffee and the waitress thought it would be a good idea to stick her hand out in the middle of the table (it was a table of 10) so the rest of us had to hand down the line a boiling hot cup of coffee. The person who ordered a coffee then needed to ask a question and she proceded to scream across the table at all of us to an elderly person. Why not simple walk around the table??
Don't expect consistency with your food. We ordered two margaritta pizzas - one was soft and brilliant the other rock hard with no basil. A few of ur dished tasted terrible and we sent them back. Staff apologised and explained there was a problem and replaced the meals. The replacement meal tasted great and completey differnt.
Overall I would recommend visiting another Criniti's and wait until this place works things out.
