Rupee Room stands as a unique Indian-based establishment both casual and modern, and very different from any other, welcoming you always with warm ambiance, modern Indian fusion music, and a great mix of staff from different nationalities. Non-greasy and featuring an abundance of vegetables, herbs and spices, their flavour combinations are delicious. All dishes on the menu are gluten free except samosas and breads.

You may learn to make popular favourites including stuffed naan, rich curries, tandoori dishes & other delights. COOKING CLASSES
Manoj offers classes for anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to learn home- style Indian cooking in a fun, social and interactive setting.

His style is relaxed and experimental, encouraging participants to learn holistically, gaining and understanding of principals and methods as opposed to focussing on fixed recipes.

From the beginning to the end, an entire meal is prepared by all and then afterwards everyone sits down to share the meal that they have prepared. Most classes are limited to six participants per session to ensure hands-on participation.
If you would rather have a private cooking party at home, Manoj will be happy to customize a class for you.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Sydney and the northern beaches. We had the tandoori lamb cutlets which were just delicious and the salmon as entrees and Colombo fish curry which was excellent. The nan bread was excellent as was the Dahl. The butter chicken was also beautifully cooked as was the biryani chicken. Side dishes were flavorsome and complemented the meal beautifully. Wine prices were very reasonable but the corkage was unnecessarily high and designed to make you leave your BYO favourites at home not that it was a problem as the wines were of excellent quality anyway. You could recommend the restaurant to anyone. It's great

A WONDERFULLY DIVERSE MENU WITH SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. THE FOOD IS OF CONSISTENT HIGH QUALITY, FRESH AND VERY TASTY. THERE IS A GOOD CHOICE OF STARTER WITH THE OPPORTUNITY OF MIXING TO SAMPLE A SELECTION. THE MAIN COURSES ARE FROM DIFFERENT AREAS AROUND INDIA. THERE IS A GOOD SELECTION FOR MEAT, SEAFOOD AND VEGETARIAN LOVERS ALIKE. THE "HEAT" OF THE DISHES IS TUNED TO PERSONAL TASTE AND CATERS FOR THE VERY GENTLE PALATE TO THE "BATTLE SCARED" FIRE EATER! THE NANS, KULCHAS AND OTHER SIDE DISHES COMPLIMENT THE MAINS DISHES WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE FLAVOURS. A VERY WARM AND INVITING EXPERIENCE, ONE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
