Knowing the resurgence in popularity of gourmet butcher shops, Stef Millin seized the day opening his own boutique called Millin’s Fine Food Butchery in Balgowlah Heights of northern Sydney. The butchery’s standout combination of serving traditional meats, such as sweet spring lamb from Cowra, with friendly service, skilled burly butchers with a sense of humour -the boys willingly go girly, dressing in pink for the cause during fundraiser season- has been instantly acknowledged by the community. Millin’s Fine Food Butchery is making headlines with all the rage pork medallions and award winning beef sausages (ranked 2nd in the NSW State Sausage King competition).
