'Vinnies' was originally established at 90 Bathurst Street, Liverpool by Joseph and Rosemary Cartisano, in 1988. Moving to George Street Liverpool, in 1993 and some five years later, moved to its current location on the Hume Hwy in Casula. This reputable venue is somewhat of an institution boasting arguably, the areas most popular and beautifully presented à la carte restaurant that comfortably sits up to 160 guests.
