Skiing Overview

The snow is guaranteed in July, August and September. The snowy mountains cater to all standards of skiers and snowboarders - From corduroy groomed runs to deep powder stashes, giant half pipes & terrain parks to cross country trails. Ski resorts include: Thredbo; Perisher Blue (which includes Perisher Valley, Mt Blue Cow, Smiggin Holes, Guthega); and Charlotte Pass (with several well known multiday Cross country trails). Ski and snowboard hire is widely available.
