Mario's Mineshaft - Restaurant & Bar

Just had a fantastic 3 course meal for our anniversary. Outside decor was neon but inside it's a wonderful set up based around an open fire. Garlic prawns to start were lovely. Mains consisted of an elegant and subtle fettucini with pine nuts and basil but the show was stolen by one of the best steaks I've eaten anywhere. A thick rib eye cut cooked to perfection served with snow peas carrots and potato. Seriously good eating with the pepper sauce. We finished with the Verne caramel and the sticky date pudding, again wonderful flavours all-round. A very tasty and enjoyable meal thanks. Mains $25-35.

Open wood fire for marshmallow toasting and a kids area. I noticed an advertisement for it in the local paper and the family went and had a great night out. Awesome veal parmigiana. If you're visiting the snow, take your kids here !

The best restaurant in Jindabyne, hands down. The waitresses are crazy hot and the food is amazing! Everyone who goes to Mario's always has a great time. I love it, everyone I know loves it and everyone I hear talking about it always loves. Sure, you have to wait for your food on a Saturday night, but you know what they say .. good things are worth waiting for!
