Harvest Overview

Harvest is located in the pristine Byron Bay countryside with wide-spread veranda's, a blossoming jacaranda tree and decorated with art and antiques, it truly makes the perfect place for any occasion. Locally owned and operated by Kassia Picone and Tristan Grier, the restaurant offers the freshest produce grown from a vegetable patch at the back of the restaurant as well as local suppliers. Whether it's for a sunny morning breakfast, late relaxing lunch or classy dinner with friends, the staff at Harvest are professionally trained to ensure this restaurant meets all needs.

HARVEST MENU
Harvest provides extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menus with every dish as tantalising as the next. Kids' menus are also available for breakfast and lunch. Head chef Joseph Griffin has created a unique and contemporary which changes seasonally in accordance with different types of fresh produce available.

When stopping by for breakfast be sure to try the in house cured salmon gravlax served with poached eggs. Lunch time favourite is a warm fig and goat's cheese terrine with confit cherry tomatoes and herb salad.

Those seeking a fine dining experience will not be able to look past the dinner menu. Signature dishes include;

ENTRÉE: a harvest assiette-tasting plate of harvest delicacies.

MAIN: orange and juniper roasted duck with caraway braised cabbage and cherry duck jus.

DESSERT: Belgian chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and local espresso shot.

AMBIENCE AT HARVEST
Harvest is the perfect place to unwind set in the quaint country village of Newrybar. Guests can choose between cosy inside dining with a fireplace and lounges or open air covered dining on one of three verandas which overlook the neighbouring farming pastures. The antique art and décor, friendly staff and relaxing vibe make Harvest a lingering place where guests can stay as long as they wish soaking up the atmosphere.

Harvest seats up to 80 people making it the perfect place for all kinds of gatherings. Harvest will organise a function to suit all needs from standing canapés to formal seated functions.

How they can put on a spread like that for $35 I have no idea, but I’d recommend to anyone to go along to one of the ‘Sea my Soul’ events. The food was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and the entertainment and art show was a great added bonus. Way above all expectations - will be going back for sure!
