Tell us about your experience...From the moment we rang to book a table the service we recieved was fantastic. I had told the reception that my daughter was in a wheelchair and we needed wheelchair access, she told us to see reception on our arrival. The staff showed us where to park and opened a door leading us straight into the restaurant where a lovely table awaited us in an alcove where my daughter felt very comfortable. The manager made her a mocktail that was in her words wonderful. The food was really good, we shared bread, oysters that were lovely and plump then settled in for a delicious mains of lamb, fish and steak, which while a little overdone to our order it was very tasty and the sauce so delicious I could have licked the plate. The deserts were excellent and packed with flavours and the Maltese's with coffee a nice touch. We would certainly go back to this hidden gem in Ballina again and recommend it to our friends for the extra special service and the quality of the fine dining. Well done Fleurs

We experienced a very special night with my 93 young father at Fleurs last Saturday night. The first time he had visited and our first since the menu had been changed to smaller servings , such that we all enjoyed only two meals ( I had to experience sweets-yum) and were treated to very special tasty servings. Taste and range of selections was to be congratulated. We have never had any hesitation in taking our city friends,who have enjoyed top restaurants, as we know and they confirm, that the great service and the fine food is equal to the ones they visit. We look forward to introducing them to the new menu at Fleurs. We have no hesitation in recommending Fleurs as the finest restaurant in all departments . My optimistic Dad said he will treasure the great experience for many years.

My partner and I were in Ballina for the weekend looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Came across fleurs and it was amazing - food and service was outstanding and they even decorated our table to make it extra special. Would highly recommend for a beautiful meal.

We went for my daughter's birthday and at first I was aprehensive, given that the restaurant is situated in a motel on the busy highway. I needn't have been concerned, the atmosphere is quiet and sophisticated. Even though we were late we were invited by the lovely consierge to take a seat in the bar for a superb cocktail. When WE were ready we were shown to our table in a private dining area which had been decorated for the occasion. We were thoroughly relaxed by this stage and impressed by the menu. We had been expecting to need 3 courses but luckily our waitress advised us that 2 would probably be encough. She was right, the portion sizes of wonderfully prepared food from local fresh produce, was large. So much so that only half of the family could fit in desert. And that was another matter again. My husband chose the Creme Brulee, which was accompanied by caramalised figs, guava puree,and a curd. (I cannot recall the flavour as he liked it so much he refused to share, lol)Our waitress was also very knowledgable about wine matching and suggested a wine we probably wouldnt have chosen shich matched perfectly with our meal. Afterwards the chef, Adam Smith, came out for a chat and we were able to thank him for the superb meal. As we left our daughter was given a small box of chocolates as a birthday present. All in all we were made to feel very special.
I cannot fault this restaurant in any way. From the outstanding food, through to service, atmosphere and excellent value I would definitely describe it as the best restaurant in Ballina, if not the Northern Rivers.
