What a wonderful hidden gem in Newcastle. Service is incredibly attentive without being too imposing or formal. A regular!

This was the second time I have been for dinner and Bacchus is everything a hatted restaurant should be. The wait staff were attentive without being intrusive. I was most impressed by the 'amuse bouche' of New Zealand King Salmon. The flavours and textures were amazing. My main of 'white pyrenees lamb' melted in my mouth. Presentation was excellent for all dishes. Will be returning.

Absolutely fantastic experience for not only myself but my partner as well. The wines we let our most capable wait staff choose and take care of and were thrilled with the choices. I found all staff were great and the chef was obviously more than capable. I would thoroughly recommend Bacchus for any occasion however perfect for that someone special or someone you really wanted to impress. Thanks for the experience.
