Chez moi is good, but Chez Vous is so much better. Chez Vous literally translates ‘at your place’ so you’re sure to feel right at home at these charming French provincial inspired villas. Located right in the heart of Pokolbin within close proximity to award winning wineries and restaurants and surrounded by 15 acres of rural tranquillity, this property is unquestionably geared towards couples. Private patios, double spa baths and comfortable queen size beds make for a fantastic romantic retreat. Enjoy a tour of the wineries or if you prefer bring back a bottle and laze by the pool or challenge yourself to a game of “pétanque” on the purpose designed bocce court. Simply splendid!

YOUR PLACE IN WINE COUNTRY
Situated in the very heart of Pokolbin –the centre of wine country- and its main attractions, this friendly and up market establishment, with just the right amount of seclusion and proximity to restaurants and wineries, is the perfect place to spend a romantic weekend in the country or to celebrate an anniversary, birthday or any other special occasion.

At the end of a long private driveway, the French provincial inspired villas set off by park like gardens, pencil pines and olives are surrounded by 15 acres of rural tranquillity. Relax in your Villa –enjoy the freshwater spa bath in the privacy of your room– read a book on your balcony or laze by the pool. Why not a game of "pétanque" on the specifically designed bocce court with a glass of local wine?

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Accommodation options include two studio villas, two balcony villas each with an upstairs bedroom and ensuite and living area downstairs; and one fully self-contained two bedroom villa which is also available to a single couple who only need one bedroom. Chez Vous has wheelchair access and facilities.

Continuing the French-provincial theme, the interiors feature warm terracotta floor tiles, wrought iron or solid timber beds, French painting and prints and décor. All villas (apart from the two bedroom villa) have freshwater double spa baths, comfortable queen size beds, air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and TV. The cosy cottage features a wood fire stove and plenty of wood is supplied for the guests in the winter months).

FEATURES AND FACILITIES
Kitchenettes in the studio and balcony Villas contain toaster, microwave and a fridge. Coffee and tea and milk are provided and a continental breakfast for each morning is ready in the fridge. This includes, juice, yoghurts, cereal, toast and the famous Chez Vous croissants. The two bedroom cottage has a full kitchen and a barbecue area.French doors open to a private patio – a perfect breakfast spot in the bird filled gardens. A gas barbecue is also available for the balcony and studio villas.

Enjoy a game of pétanque and a glass of wine on the bocce court, stroll around the property to visit the resident horses (likely accompanied by Jessie, the resident Border Collie) before heading off to one of the three golf courses nearby. Dine at the award winning Roberts Restaurant (a short walk away) or the Muse Restaurant or Pool's Rock Restaurant within minutes... Or any of the other fine food places. Some of the wine countries most famous wineries are just a short drive away.

PERFECT FOR COUPLES
Chez Vous Villas is geared to provide accommodation for couples. The limited number of Villas and the quiet surroundings are ideal for the couple that wishes to enjoy the best the valley has to offer close by but then wants to retreat to a calm and relaxing place. Having couples only means that there are no distractions assuring a refreshing good night's sleep. It will be the birds in the morning that make the biggest noise. The beds are fresh and feature all cotton linen, French inspired bedcovers and the Villas are filled with the scent of etheric oils.

Chez Vous Villas is using natural ingredients from the all natural amenity range of L'occitane through to sourdough bread's from the Morpeth Bakery. The spa is filled with filtered rainwater completely free of chemicals and even cleaning agents are from ecologically friendly sources. Chez Vous continuously sources antique furniture, gradually introducing these fine pieces into the Villa decor. Full of ambiance, Chez Vous is truly an inspirational place, one that soothes the soul and reinstates equilibrium in a short time.
