Step inside Flair Restaurant & allow yourself to slow down from the pace of your day and indulge in some Modern Australian cuisine from rave reviewed Owner /Chef, Jason Martin. Found in Erina Heights, you'll enjoy an evening of fine food and dining with warm hospitality. Little touches make this restaurant memorable; from the fresh daily changing bread to the complimentary petit fours. The menu which is sourced where possible from fresh and local produce could include Seared Kingfish, Parsnip Puree, Braised Witlof and Oxtail Ragout.

ABOUT
Situated in the bush land Suburb of Erina Heights, Flair Restaurant provides an intimate and modern establishment for diners in search of a place to enjoy great food and wine with a modern twist. Our goal at Flair is to ensure all our guests experience a warm and welcoming service and food that is unique to the Central Coast Region, using fresh and where possible local ingredients from local suppliers.

THE CHEF
Head Chef/Owner, Jason Martin is local to the Central Coast. Having grown up in a food-orientated family, Jason found his calling during work experience at high school and has never looked back. He began his apprenticeship at the Basil Pot, which was the previous restaurant at the site of Flair; hence, his enthusiasm to take over the restaurant.

He then moved on to Crowne Plaza Terrigal where he worked in all facets of Hotel and won various awards including "Apprentice of The Hunter and Central Coast region 1999." From Terrigal, Jason moved to London for the next 5 years.

He worked in prestigious 5 star hotels including The Park Lane Hilton, as well as various work experience in Michelin starred restaurants in London, Scotland and Switzerland. Jason returned to his native hometown in the hope continuing on with his skills and training on The Central Coast.

He again won various local and regional awards as Head Chef at Lamiche in Wamberal and finally, with his wife Deysi, took the step of running their own restaurant –here at Flair they aim to continue offering high standards.

Tried Flair after a recommendation from friends and upon coming across this website.I cannot tell you how glad we are to find a cosy restaurant run with warmth and care on the coast. Food and service is top notch and obviously the owners have a passion for what they do.If you seriously enjoy your food i cannot recommend this place enough. enjoyed ourselves immensely , can't wait to return!!
