The concept of our guest chef dinners is to invite a chef we admire to create a menu which we will run for about two weeks. Apart from keeping the dishes to a price range suitable for the Berrima General Store, our guest chef has the freedom to create what he or she wants. Our friend Stephen has honoured us with doing our first guest chef dinner. He has chosen an Italian themed menu. Thanks Stephen.
