Nestled on Leura Mall, the multi-award winning Josophan’s Fine Chocolates is like a box of chocolates – tempting, gorgeously packaged, and full of lusciously smooth, shiny, exquisitely formed bites of heaven. Locals and visitors alike flock here for a taste of Josophan’s fine handcrafted chocolates, made fresh on site using fair trade Belgian couverture chocolate and fresh, natural flavour infusions like Tahitian vanilla bean, mango and chilli, lime and basil, or saffron and yellow box honey. Also on offer are delectable chocolate bars, confectionery, imported chocolates, baking supplies, books, and luxurious hot chocolates – perfect for a frosty Blue Mountains morning.

'Chocolate Covered' Chocolate Appreciation Workshops

Offering a fun and indulgent learning experience incorporating tastings of some of the world's finest chocolates and fascinating info on growing, making and tasting chocolate.

HANDS-ON CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE MAKING WORKSHOP

Available: 27 of November 2011 - 31 of December 2012
Learn the art of making luxurious chocolate truffles, in a 2 hour hands-on workshop. Working alongside Josophan's founder, Jodie Van Der Velden, learn how to make a variety of truffles, and flavour with Josophan's signature fresh infusions.
$75 per person - including a large box of truffles to take home!

Private bookings available, minimum 8 participants.

Slow Food - Dessert Making Workshop

Available: 4 of February 2012 - 31 of December 2012
In support of Slow Food Blue Mountains Kitchen Garden Workshop initiative, Josophan's is hosting a dessert making workshop. Using Fairtrade Certified chocolate, local hazelnuts, fresh eggs, herbs and honey, learn to create this amazing plated dessert.
'Triple chocolate extravaganza'
Lusciously rich chocolate ganache and caramel tart, with chocolate pastry base, served with chocolate, lavender and honey ice-cream, and caramel glass.
$75 per person, all inclusive.

I don't really eat chocolate, but for Josophan's I will make an exception. They have some of the best chocolate I have ever tasted. Better than even some of the great chocolates from Switzerland and Belgium
