Whilst visiting the Gallery on a day trip we were surprised to run across this petite and cute cottage styled cafe/restaurant attached to the sketching studio. The aroma from the coffe enticed us. We were seated on the verandah with beautiful bush views. The service and food were both exceptional and quite unexpected in that area. I will certainly return with a bottle of wine and a much larger appetite.

We took the opportunity, whilst visiting the Norman Lindsay Gallery, to take morning tea at the cafe. The result was unexpected. The setting, combined with the menu and friendly service, prompted us to return for lunch the following day. What a treat. The staff remembered us and were helpful in assisting us with a full explanation of the menu. Their recommendations were spot on. The food was very enjoyable and the ambience wonderful. Next time I will be sure to take a nice wine to really complete the experience.
