Opened in 2001, Anise has established itself as one of Canberra’s premier restaurants. Chef owners Nick Carter and Jeff Piper’s dedication and passion for quality product is obvious in everything from the décor to the cuisine. Notwithstanding Anise is an unassuming restaurant with comfortable surrounds and welcoming staff.
