Provence has come to Brighton
Discerning elegance, subtle decor, a warm and welcoming ambiance, accompanied by a brilliant menu and masterful kitchen. Provence in Brighton. Bistro La Provence exudes a certain "je ne sais quoi".

Good food done exceptionally well - again!
Just experienced a perfect evening at the new premises of Bistro La Provence in Brighton. What a beautiful setting in which to enjoy a gentle, friendly and relaxed ambiance and savour a menu bursting with delicate flavours and culinary genius. A delightful touch of French culture right here in Brighton. Can't wait to go back again!

Good food done exceptionally well
Genuinely friendly service, exceptional food and great wine. We are so happy to have finally found a restaurant with "real" food and friendly personal service. A restaurant we can return to and enjoy again and again and again...

A New French Gem.
Discovered this delightful French Bistro when dining with friends in July. Set amongst lovely gardens the food was exceptional which we discovered was a result of the Michelin star chef Laurent. We had the duck l'orange, and escargots a la bourguignonne. Superbly presented and delicious. Followed up with chocolate fondant and Creme br?l?e. Make sure you have the baguette and rabbit terrine as your starter because you will think you are in France it is so good. Great wine selection as well. We loved the whole experience and Laurent and staff are great hosts. Thanks, we will be back regularly.

Really enjoyed my first experience with snails, and the rest of the meal was equally as good. The court yard looks just the place for lunch, and there are definitely more dishes on the menu that I want to try. Will be back.
