About First Drop Cafe
Community becomes family at Redfern's First Drop Café on leafy Baptist Street. A black subway tiled façade gets a cheery lift from bright red alfresco stools, where sipping a lazy latte with your fur baby gets the day started the right way; while indoors this renovated corner shop retains its original style with Edison bulbs glowing softly overhead and eclectic artwork on the walls. Early risers are tempted by a Mediterranean omelette with grilled chorizo, olives, red capsicum, cherry truss tomato, red onion, feta, cheddar and sourdough; while the lunch crowd grabs a Big Mick burger with beef, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, tomato sauce and aioli. Looking for a lighter option? Try the Julius salad – grilled chicken, baby cos, bacon, croutons, Parmesan, egg and house Caesar dressing.

There's never a day I don't leave First Drop with a smile of delight! The lads make a mean coffee, oh and not to mention a panko chicken wrap (wrap? Yes they accommodate my special requests) too. Such legends!
