Showcasing local produce sourced from the Cardinia Ranges and nearby regions, alongside a carefully curated collection of local and imported wines, guests are spoiled for choice with gastronomic delights. Opt for an entrée of scallops, sweet smoked paprika, Spanish onion and tendril crumb crust, before a main of pork belly braised in master stock with roasted capsicum ragu, potatoes and broccolini.

We have been dining at Jason's Restaurant since it began at Guys Hill, and now located at the Bradford Estate, the menu has a selective of fine foods and has always been of good quality including the complimentary entree, the wines from Shiraz to Chardonnay go well with the food, we have found the service from the waiters to owners Adrianna & Jason to be very good. this is a place that once you have been you will want return, a must try
Great food and service and a remarkable homestead
We visited Jason's in the evening. We ate our meal while gazing out over the distant lights. The staff were very good and the food was even better. We were very impressed and we intend to visit again with friends. My hint is the Strawberry Egg for dessert and the eggplant for an entree.
Having spent my teens in the area, I guess I was curious to find out how the magnificent homestead had been transformed. So glad I did. The ambience was quite good, the service first class,and the food very tasty, and exactly as stated on the extensive menu. I am trying to find a reason to give it less than a 5 star rating as I do not think that there is too many eating establishments that could fit into that class, however I could find no downside nor could my 3 dining partners. If there was a gripe it would have to be that it is not closer to my area.
