An open stone fireplace, plush furnishings and crisp white linen set tables regale with modern country charm, with a view that overlooks the World Heritage listed Main Range National Park. Working in many top restaurants and retreats throughout Australia, head chef Doug Innes-Will has embedded his passion for environment and produce on an eclectic, modern Australian menu, upon which you will find an ever changing selection of degustation dishes. Options at The Peak Restaurant may include Tillari rare breed pork with brassica, oats, vanilla and cider as well as pistachio and cherry nougat parfait.
