Really love this collingwood local! The best Texas BBQ going around in melbourne and the Sher Wagyu steak is amazingly good! Their specials board is always full of exciting dishes and I love the live music on Sundays! Best pub on the planet!

Had a great night at the Gem. Went there for afternoon drinks on Sunday and it had a terrific vibe. The Texas BBQ melted in our mouths as well. Will be back very soon
