Standing tall in the heart of Victoria’s Milawa gourmet food and wine region, Sam Miranda Winery and cellar door boasts a property flourishing with fruit on the corner of Snow and King Valley Roads. Sitting 400 metres above sea level, breathtaking views from around the winery encompass surrounding mountains, a picturesque setting in all seasons. Visitors are welcomed into an architecturally designed cellar door, opened in 2007, for tastings and the chance to relax and stay awhile in the onsite cafe for a bite to eat. While the terrace is a popular place to enjoy a glass of Prosecco in Summer, with fruits harvested from the town of Whitfield in the upper King Valley; in cooler months cosy up fireside with a drop of 2014 Tempranillo, with ripe spicy plum flavours and a soft textural mouth.

My family and I had lunch at Sam Miranda's on the weekend just gone....loved it! friendly service, knowledgeable staff and beautiful surrounds.Really good menu options, all tapas style and pretty much all GF. Was a great time of year to there with vintage in progress! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Sam Miranda King Valley.
Had a great lunch last Saturday at Sam Miranda with my wife on our aniversary. I wasn't that hungry so settled for a calamari entree which was perfectly cooked and came with a beautiful chilli satay sauce. The wife had the grilled pork chop and really enjoyed it as we shared a bottle of the 2009 Semilon. Bought another 2 bottles to take home. Would definetely reccomend Sam Miranda for good food, service and a beautiful location.
