Be sure to also sample Keith Tulloch's zesty Hunter Valley Chardonnay and flagship The Kester Shiraz from the Tasting Range either at an interactive cellar door or accompanied by a light meal, perhaps the slow-cooked Milly Hill lamb shoulder for two, at winery restaurant, Muse Kitchen. Cellar Door - The cellar door space overlooking the vineyards is a great location for canapés or dinner groups of 20-40 people. The Barrel Room - The winery can be transformed into a lavish space for 40-60 people
