Panarottis

Sadly today was my last time going to Panarottis Penrith. I have been going for many years, and today was the worst experience. The staff member did not listen to our order, (was in fact bending under the table when we were trying to order) did not repeat our order back. When we did not receive half of what we had ordered blamed us! Told us it was our fault for not telling her, when she never repeated our order and had not written our order down. The waitress stood and argued at our table (for other customers to hear) telling us that she had repeated our order, which she had not. We did NOT receive an apology. I am very disappointed that this happened today, I will not be returning, and will be suggesting others do not either. Rude, aggressive, careless behaviour is not how you keep customers coming back.

Always get a friendly greeting and the food is to die for!
